Call for Nomination for the CES Very Innovative Person (VIP) Award and Outstanding Cost Effective Officers (CEO) Awards

The Career Executive Service Board wishes to inform that individuals and government agencies, through their heads of offices that nominations for the 2^nd semester 2020 of CES “Very Innovative Person” Award (CES VIP Award) and Outstanding “Cost Effective Officers” (CEO) Award is still open until 29 February 2021.

Qualified CESO’s and Third-level Eligibles who have attained a Very Satisfactory (VS) rating for the last two years and who have not been found guilty of any administrative or criminal offence involving moral turpitude, and have no pending administrative or criminal case at the time of the nomination are welcome to join.

The CES VIP Award seeks to recognize CESO’S and Third-level Eligibles who initiated a novel policy or program that improved operational processes or methods and have assisted in meeting organizational sustainability and/or wellness.

The Outstanding CEO awards aims to give credit to the strategic leadership qualities of the CESOs and third level Eligibles whose decisions or actions create a desired level of performance that leads to the maximum utilization of resources, resulting in increased agency savings.

CES VIP and Outstanding CEO honoree will receive a plaque of recognition from the Career Executive Service Board and cash prize amounting to P 10,000.00. They may be considered for the prestigious Gawad CES Awards subject to the noteworthiness of accomplishments of the nominee. They may also be invited to talk in one of the CESB’s training programs to share their journey.
